Nth Degree TJ Long Arm Suspension

Development of the TJ Long Arm system led to engineering innovations
including the GyroJoint™, Stinger™ center-mounted rear torque arm,
DogLeg™ high clearance control arms, Frequency Tuned™ Springs, and
more...all still unmatched years after their introductions.
Installation time varies greatly since other products are frequently
installed concurrent with the suspension (axle gears, etc.). Typical
times for a suspension-only install range from 15-20 hours for an
experienced shop to 25-30 hours for the average home mechanic following
the instructions for the first time. Note that metal cutting, grinding,
drilling, and welding are required and should be performed by qualified
people.
The standard TJ Long Arm Systems assume a TJ with a 4.0L engine,
stock manual or auto trans, and an original TJ Dana 44 rear axle.
However a multitude of different powertrain and axle combinations have
been done successfully. Some of these require no changes to the
suspension, others require substitution of an available alternate
component, while a few require some fabricated adaptation work. Please
call for assistance if you think this may apply to you. All standard
systems come complete except shocks and a double-cardan rear driveshaft
conversion (both available separately). The included products listed
below may be purchased separately, and with some planned 'stages', this
can permit an incremental upgrade path to the full system (call for
assistance). Additional recommended skids are available including Oil
Pan Skids, Auto Trans Skids, and Front Axle Sliders. The Nth Degree
long arm system may also be matched with our AEV TJ Highline Fender kit
and even our Brute pickup conversions (call for details).
